OneConnect is an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) that performs automated processes where data is moved Bi-directionally between any systems. It brings them together to create a powerful fully integrated system providing the following functionalities:

• Integration middleware between both systems for recurring integrations
• Self-healing integrations that can recover from errors
• Easy to use monitoring, logging, and supportability
• Repeatable and consistent across all customer projects

The platform is built on MSFT Azure Technology using endpoints from both systems. It also includes functionalities such as a Trust Center and Error Alert Messaging.

The current version of OneConnect solution includes various functionalities and data connectors, divided into four main areas:

1. Configurations – allows to configure the solution for customer's environment, specific integrations, security, notifications mailing list, among other parameters.
2. Integration workflows – integration workflows that are connected between both systems endpoints or flat files, ready for execution.
3. Workflow executions – integration workflows that are manually or automatically run, as well as disable or enable the workflow on-demand to transfer of data between both systems.
4. Monitoring and error handling – allows users to track, review and troubleshoot the integration workflow runs, with the objective to be proactive in the identification and resolution of any integration error, such as connection issues, missing configurations, data errors, etc.
