In most cases, those organizations may not have deployed a foundation based on best practices, well architected concepts or with a Zero Trust focus. Our Zero Trust Azure Well Architected Foundation Review provides you with a deep analysis of where you are now, a gap analysis and a roadmap for remediation. Our review focuses on the Foundation as well as Zero Trust Concepts. Once the review is completed, we will provide a detailed gap analysis report identifying any areas that the landscape is not aligned with best practices, and a remediation plan that details specific steps required to get back aligned to best practices and costs optimized.

The assessment includes:

Days 1-5: Introduction and understand current architecture. Evaluate Azure Advisor & perform Well-Architected assessment.

Day 6-7: Prepare Gap Analysis and Associated Executive Presentation

Day 8-9: Prepare Remediation Plan and Associated Execuitve Presentation.

Day 10: Working session with Customer to review Gap Analysis and Remediation Plan.
