The Avanade Identity Modernization Assessment is an 8-week engagement where we develop the right approach to modernize digital identity in conjunction with your requirements and IAM estate. Different personas require different approaches for identity modernization from front line workers through to workload identities. We work with you to make you ready and resilient for the future.

The Avanade Zero Trust Workshop consists of two days of (client facing) workshops that is predominantly focused on where the customer currently is, there view on zero trust, core business and technical initiatives, the current security roadmap if any the customer has defined.

The model is based on the principle: never trust, always verify. This security approach protects our clients by managing and granting access based on the continual verification of identities, devices, and services. It changes how access is granted and what principles are applied to protecting key asset. We assist our customers to plan a strategy and roadmap to implement an enterprise-wide identity trust fabric for your entire digital ecosystem.

• Document the Zero trust workshop and identify and outline plan to feed into a proposal.

• Get the co-create workshop booked into the diary with key stakeholders.

Identity Governance & Administration:

The Avanade Identity & Access Management Assessment is an 8-week engagement where following a comprehensive discovery of processes associated with employee lifecycles, we define a future state solution that addresses the issues and requirements. We then provide a roadmap for the implementation of the future state solution.

Outcomes include:

• A blueprint for an end-state IAM enterprise solution that is scalable, streamlined, efficient, consistent, and user-friendly.

• A phased release model aligned with the roadmap that details the delivery of the platform architecture, technical capabilities, and phased migration from the as-is solution.
