Our certified professional consultant with experience more than 10 years will provides consulting and implementation on Azure Data Analytics platform (Data lakes, Databricks, Big Data, Data warehouse, Synapse, SQL Server Analysis Services, Data factory) Many organizations are working on digital transformation, which is essentially a modernization process that aims to integrate digital technology into all areas of business. A significant part of any digital transformation is to develop a data strategy. Azure Data Platform is the set of technologies that provides the capabilities necessary to deliver on the overall business requirements of data strategy.

Scope of work:

• Assessment: Examination of the data processes used by an organization. The assessment includes the identification and characterization of current practices, identifying areas of strengths and weaknesses, and the ability of current practices to control or avoid significant causes of poor (data) quality, cost, and schedule,
• Planning: Identify data evolution goals and define strategy including well architecture design based on Microsoft Data Platform
• Implementation: Our consultant will implement a pilot project from end to end to ensure Azure Data Platform is well implemented for the organization (Pilot Project can be used as Production and it will be implemented no more than 1 data model, 10 ETL and 5 Reports.) In this phase, we will be working closely with a customer to make sure all data platforms will improve organizational and technological performance, enhance the quality of customer and employee experiences, and accelerate time to market for new offerings and updates.
• Knowledge Transfer: Provide training by a certified consultant to make sure all services can be handled and expanded by an internal team.
