App Modernization: 3-wk Assessment & Planning

We built a multi-step thought-through process to move the apps and infrastructure of a company to Microsoft Azure.

In this module, we define business goals for the modernization assessment, we assess the current state and document the architecture of applications and we make recommendations based on the gap analysis and roadmap design.

Within the first part, we gain understanding in your domain, priorities and concerns through kickoff meetings with stakeholders. In the second part, we deep dive into: system architecture, technology layers, storage technologies, deployment infrastructure, frameworks, programming languages and tools and services. At the end of this phase, our team documents all technical details and analysis in order to validate and approve them. Finally, we put together and action plan for a modern system that preserves all critical features and capabilities from the existing system, leverages a modern, future-proof technology stack and minimizes disruption in customer experience.
