Legacy Migration to Azure Cloud: Consultancy and assessment

We follow Microsoft’s recommended 3 step process: Assess -> Migrate -> Optimize to help your organization to move your on-premise application infrastructure to Azure cloud. The scope of this estimation is limited to analyzing the existing on-premise software architecture and deployment architecture, then preparing a migration plan to move the existing applications, services, data and user roles to Azure cloud. The task will produce a set of documentations to assist and guide in the process of actual system migration.
