Only partners that meet stringent criteria around customer success and staff skilling, as well as pass a third-party audit of their Azure Virtual Desktop technical practices, are able to earn the Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop Advanced Specialisation.

The Azure Virtual Desktop Zero Touch (AVDZT) service from Servent is our fully managed service supporting virtual desktops in Azure. By leveraging AVDZT service it will provide with access to our deep knowledge, expertise, and years of experience on the Azure platform and, more specifically, the Azure Virtual Desktop service.

This will ensure that your Azure Virtual Desktop service and the supporting Azure platform continue to be operationally healthy and fully managed following both Microsoft and Servent recommended best practice. The core components of the AVDZT service are listed below:

• Application Updates & Management - we will ensure that all updates are deployed to ensure that the AVD service is appropriately up-to-date and secure

• Monitoring & Alerting - we will ensure that the appropriate monitoring and alerting is in place for the AVD service backed up with SLAs for target resolution
• Risk & Compliance - we will ensure that any compliance issues are addressed as soon as they are surfaced
• Cost Optimisation - we will curtail any unnecessary cloud spending with proactive optimisation and spending review sessions
