We help customers implement Horizon on Azure Virtual Desktops (AVD) based Cloud Desktops by defining a full adoption plan and then taking complete ownership of the EUC transformation from discovery, implementation of use cases using Single-Session and/ or Multi-Session AVD, configuration of advanced Horizon features, migration to complete stabilization of the Cloud Desktops in a time bound manner

Scope includes:

1. Preparation for the EUC environment (~2 calendar weeks)
• Project management
• Pre-requisites readiness and use case identification (2 use cases)
2. Implementation (~4 calendar weeks)
• Onboarding of the Azure tenant (1 Tenant)
• Active Directory integration (1 AD)
• VMware Horizon configuration
• Image building and optimization (2 use cases and 2 images)
• Application integration (up to 15 supported applications)
• Peripheral integration (up to 15 supported peripherals)
• Configuration of AppVolumes, FSLogix, DEM (up to 3 app profiles in DEM), Drive Share mapping, Workspace One Connector, True Single Sign-On SSO (Workspace One Access and Third party IDPs), Workspace One Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (Radius and SAML based MFA)
• User workload configuration (RDSH/ Win 10 Single-Session/ Win 10 Multi-Session)
• User provisioning and system testing
3. Optimization services (~4 calendar weeks)
• Stabilization for Cloud Desktops
• As-built document

Services will be delivered remotely in Customer’s local time zone and during standard working hours.
