Solution Assessment Data: 4 weeks

This is a professional analysis and assessment of the IT environment, performed using modern dedicated analytical tools.
The analysis provides organisations with a complete perspective of their environment and recommendations for cloud solutions, including their architecture.

Solution Assessment is dedicated to customers whose current database systems do not work optimally and the company is interested in migrating to the Azure cloud.

The aim of Assessment is to plan the migration process for the Business Intelligence reporting system owned by the organisation, along with its modernisation and development into the latest analytical and reporting solutions based on Azure and Power BI.

The following steps will be implemented as part of the Assessment:

• analysis of the current system,
• gathering requirements for the new system,
• presentation of analysis results,
• presentation of the implementation scenario,
• recommendation of a solution,
• proposed scope of the PoC pilot project,
• estimated scope and timeline for the implementation of the comprehensive project.

Based on the collected data, our experts will prepare recommendations for the next steps of data migration to Azure. As a result, the customer receives a report containing data about his own environment and recommendations for migrating services to Azure. The developed recommendations are developed based on project experience and the latest data security standards according to the Microsoft methodology.

After the Assessment, the organisation will be largely prepared for the full implementation of a modern Business Intelligence & AI solution. The most optimal in terms of performance, cost and quality.
