BT’s Managed Endpoint Security - Microsoft Endpoint Detection and Response service is our comprehensive managed security service for Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. We’ve designed this service to help you maximise your Microsoft Cloud investment, so that you can better protect your organisation from sophisticated threats at the endpoint.

Our Managed Microsoft Endpoint Detection and Response service will detect and respond to file and non-file based threats 24/7, all year round to stop attacks from affecting your organisation. We can also get you started on your Azure journey by providing endpoint protection and then upgrading into our Managed Extended Response service once your security posture is mature enough.

  • Access to expert knowledge of Kusto Query Language (Microsoft read-only request language) to ensure effective data analysis.
  • Skilled analysts in our global dedicated Security Operations Centres with around the clock protection monitoring your Microsoft Defender for Endpoint estate to provide cyber threat protection for every endpoint connected to your network.
  • Remediation on your behalf - isolate hosts, block Indicators of compromise (IOCs), delete malicious artefacts, endpoint isolation, file quarantine, killing of a process and removal of malware.

A foundation plus service for an enterprise organisation with 1000+ employers which typically averages around 2000 endpoints has a fixed, one-time set up charge of £13,314.15 ex. VAT. The price doesn’t include monthly managed service charge. T&Cs and price may vary according to your SOC location and the number of Endpoints within your estate. Final pricing will be provided upon application.
