• Discovery Workshop to gather requirements for:

Report Build and Presentation (2-4 weeks)

• Based on findings in the Discovery Workshop for each of the areas identified, create the followings reports:

1. Cloud Governance Framework Reports - Tailored best practice recommendations of how to enforce cloud governance with policies, processes, and tooling.

2. Cloud Landing Zone High Level Design - Technical high level design of the target infrastructure.

• Create and Present the Executive Summary of high level findings and recommendations.
