What are the steps of the AI Assessment Service?

The agenda of the service follows four key stages. Flexible to your availability, our framework allows a controlled yet fast progress to your goals through understanding of your business, offering training, brainstorming and tangible deliverables.

1. Information recap: We gather the necessary information to know your main stakeholders, current status, interests and business needs at a high level.
2. AI Understanding: We prepare you to understand AI and Gen AI, showing solutions in the market and examples of best practices.
3. Workshop: An interactive session with you to define objectives and build use cases with AI, based on live demos and real examples.
4. AI Roadmap: We extend the content of the workshop, and deliver an AI Roadmap with prioritized use cases and offers to start with the first PoCs.

Deliverables and outcomes of the AI Assessment Service

At the end of the assessment, you will receive:

• TRAINING/WORKSHOP MATERIAL. All the training and workshop support materials and demos created by Prodware will be shared with you.
• AI ROADMAP. Complete report on the topics covered in the AI Assessment, including the diagnosis (AS IS), the definition of strategic objectives (TO BE), and the Gap Analysis including a first taxonomy of use cases and a prioritized roadmap.
• FIRST POC PROPOSALS. When you are ready to start, Prodware will send an offer attached to the AI Roadmap for the first PoCs.
