What can you expect from this consulting service? – Our deliverables P3 has developed its own Azure DevOps training series (Foundation, Expert PM, Expert Dev), which has already been practically implemented at various customers. The Azure DevOps Foundation 1-day-training consists of two parts and at the end of it we will have worked through the following topics with you:

Part 1 – Basics of the software development cycle • Brief presentation of the methods for creating a software prototype • Difference between waterfall and agile project development • Introduction to Scrum framework

Part2 – Azure DevOps as an agile project management tool: • Setting up the project • Creation of work packages • Monitoring the development
