Our Azure starter pack gives you a cloud technology foundation to build upon, while enabling and accelerating your optimized usage of Microsoft Azure. The technical considerations and design recommendations might lead to different trade-offs, and are based on your goals and desires. While some variation is expected, the core guidance that we provide you with will allow your company to scale sustainably and cost-effectively, while enjoying Azure architecture advice that is modular by design.
The project includes:
· Educational workshop · The foundations of the Azure Landing Zones model · Governance and documentation · Subscription design and access/permission · Technical and design recommendations · Guidance for sustainable scaling · Post-completion evaluation of the project
The project roadmap:
An introductory educational workshop ensures that we get started on the right foot, and can successfully deliver the foundations of the Azure Landing Zones model. The workshop, which is free of charge to you, explains azure migration and the landing zone concept in detail, including examples of why you want to use it and how it will benefit you on your continued cloud-based journey.
The next step is to plan out the scope of work, including guidance for project management, a timeline, deliverables, and project-specific activities. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing detailed information on governance, subscription design, landing zones, technical and design elements, sustainable scaling, and a post-project evaluation.
At this stage, we deliver the Azure Landing Zones according to the pre-determined and agreed upon requirements, requests, and goals from the introductory workshop and the scope of work.
Upon final completion of the project, we provide you with a detailed assessment and evaluation.
With the Azure Starter Pack, you have access to best practices, essential documentation, and important tools. This can be used by cloud architects and business decision makers to achieve cloud adoption goals, and it’s an excellent way to better align your company and technical strategies in a way that will ensure success.
