Cloud adoption can be transformational for a business, but only when it is strategically aligned and leveraged to the vision of the company. Slalom offers a proven methodology to help customers maximize the benefits of Azure for their business our Business Transformation enabled by the Cloud solution. As a precursor to our full Business Transformation enabled by Cloud (“BTeC”) engagement, a senior Slalom consultants will conduct a Cloud Alignment Workshop with our client’s Business and Technology leaders. Focus areas for the workshop will include current state cloud maturity, where you are in the cloud journey, level of alignment across Business and IT regarding cloud transformation, and organizational & talent readiness. Following the workshop, clients will receive a written summary of findings and recommendations, along with a BTeC Discovery work plan.
