A solid preparation for your cloud journey During the Cloud Enablement Workshops, we will introduce you to the design guidelines and teach you how to apply them to the needs of your organization. Together with all stakeholders, we make choices for the design of your Azure Landing Zone.

Besides all the technical aspects, during the workshops we have an eye for important organizational focus areas. We will answer various questions, such as: What does the transition to the cloud actually mean for your organization? How do you ensure proper assignment of responsibilities? What is needed for proactive management? This way, your cloud environment becomes truly future proof.

Our approach: Based on the Cloud Adoption Framework, we start with the Azure Landing Zones design document. This approach was successfully applied at other Centric customers and is based on best practices and lessons learned from both Microsoft and the community. To draft up the design document, we organize several workshops. During these workshops, the following Landing Zone Design areas are discussed: ● Azure Billing offers and Active Directory tenants ● Identity and Acces Management ● Resource Organization ● Network Topology and Connectivity ● Management ● Governance ● Security ● Platform Automation and DevOps In general, each topic will take 3 to 4 hours to complete. Based on the situation and organisational need, we will combine workshops in a way that fits your organisation best. You can count on 6 to 8 workshops of half a day each.
