What is Positive Coin ? Thanks to the Positive Coin you will be able to inspire and congratulate your co-workers and involve everyone in your projects. The Positive Coin gives the opportunity to: Share Coins with co-workers or projects: Every day, all Positive Thinkers receive 10+C, regardless of their function or status. These Coins are to be distributed throughout the day, based on specific interactions and evolution of projects. Coins that are not shared will be lost at the end of the day. Exchange Coins for one of the following:  Products/Goodies from the marketplace  Donate the Coins to charities, associations  Tickets for events  Specific training A little bit deeper The Positive Coin was created. Using the blockchain technology, we developed a progressive web app based on a very simple principle : to receive coins the user has to share coins, and only the coins received from other users may be used to buy things on the market place in the PWA. Ten coins are daily provided to each user by the system. Those coins cannot be used to buy things, they can only be shared with others by sending coins to them. Whom should the user share coins with? There's no rule! The user can send coins to everyone in the Positive Coin Network, he can send 10 coins, 1 or 4 - there's no rule. Those can be sent to colleagues the user knows, colleagues he worked with or helped him, or people he appreciates. And if the user sends no coins or only a part of them, the day after he will be refilled with 10 new daily coins. There is no condition to receive those daily coins either. Everyone is set on the same level and has the ability to express himself through the use of the Positive Coin. Beside, the market place provides the users with attractive rewards in connexion with their company’s philosophy: either products (snacks, goodies, …), experiences (tickets for event, trainings, time to help an association,…) or donation (CSR commitment). Additionally, the user is granted with badges and trophies depending on his behavior or personnal achievments with the coins. This creates challenge, because this is fully transparent. Thanks to the blockchain technology, the information is decentralized. A leader board is available for the user on received, shared and purchases in coins, enabling identification of positive talents for HR Leaders. Eventually, those interactions and behaviors will be analyzed to determine what attracts people and how they interact with the aim to provide them with everything they need in their professional life, or at least to be as close as possible of that point.
