ALSAD is a digital health cloud platform for health service providers (clinics and hospitals) and and health insurance organisations to support personalised chronic condition management (kidney, diabetes) and obesity treatment to support their patients (via a mobile app) and their health staff (clinicians and dietitians). Currently available in English and Hungarian, framework system (not the info content) can be translated within a short time to almost any language.

Service range includes 3 main pillars: 1) Personalised, remote diet support (personal dietary goals, autogenerated menus, direct support from human dietitian, meal records and health/nutrition analytics) 2) Digital patient education 3) real time patient monitoring using a combination of direct data import from wearables/personal health trackers and manual data input. It can be integrated with Personal Health Records or Telehealth Systems for smooth and seamless patient care.

Automatic nutritional calculations are down to the level of micronutrients, which is essential for proper nutritional care of kidney patients.

Artificial Intelligence helps the user to get personal and medical data, needs, habits and preferences, allergies or intolerances or other limits.

Integrated personal health trackers and devices include fitness trackers (Fitbit, Polar, Garmin) and a 100+ range of smart scales, blood glucose meters, pulse oximeters, sleep trackers and many more to see real time patient data via a secure, GDPR-compliant service about physical activity and health condition, after informed consent of the patient.

The platform can be used as a "white label" product, and can integrate content from the Client or validated third party content providers (recipes, menus, patient education information). No particular IT expertise or infrastructure is required for quick adoption, and can manage a large number of professional (clinician, dietitian) users as well as users in patient role.
