Atea CloudTrack Management Azure Monitoring Service will setup monitoring dashboards so you will have an overview of your Azure workload health and performance. We will setup alerts, you can be sure that if something fails you can react.

Azure Monitoring Managed Service ensures workload and virtual machine availability by actively monitoring pre-established metrics utilizing Azure native solution Azure Monitor. Automated alerting is configured for critical performance, capacity, service and configuration metrics and linked directly with Atea’s ITSM system to provide fast and efficient case creation and escalation for any issues that arise. In addition, infrastructure optimization report is generated on alert, performance, capacity, availability statistics, as well as SLA results and average alert response times. This information is utilized to generate monthly proposals on cost efficiency improvements, resource scaling and overall server health. The reporting capabilities may be customized upon customer request to ensure only the most relevant and valuable information is supplied. Baseline alerts are automatically configured by the migration utility and our team continuously evaluates the data and suggests/takes necessary adjustments to the alert configuration as required over the course of operation. To ensure rapid incident registration and minimize overall handle and system downtime, the team automates incident generation based on critical metrics identified throughout the transition process. Additionally, our team automates certain repeating fix actions based on frequent recurring issues, such as: - Service stoppage - Hanging reboots - Backup failures - etc. Azure Monitoring Managed Service is applicable to all users who have just had a their first workload migrated to Azure.
