Security and Privacy by Design

Built with security and privacy by design, Wizuda CFS provides flexibility with regards to ways in which users can be authenticated, depending on your organisation's specific requirements. All emails and file attachments are automatically encrypted end-to-end with full auditing of all user access activities. Users can login securely and access files that have been shared with them even while on the move, from any device including tablet and mobile, and do so securely. There are no file size limitations, with options to send emails and attachments via the Wizuda web portal.

CFS users can stay in control of their information by;

Customer/3rd Party Data Uploads

‘Drops’ are unique virtual paths within the Wizuda CFS system which can be made available to external users, giving them an easy, secure and compliant way of uploading data to you. With Drops you can control who you receive data from and restrict the types of files and file sizes that the external user can upload which further protects against malicious content and cyber-attack. With each Drop you can also specify which internal users, departments have authorised access.

Drops are easy to use, and remove the need for support calls, having to exchange encryption keys and use other alternative insecure methods.

Cloud Installation Options

We offer flexible cloud service options including hybrid, public or private on premise installations. As standard, the Wizuda CFS product suite is hosted in EU based data centres on the Microsoft Azure platform. We also offer a fully geographic redundant solution in other locations as required.
