Microsoft 365 Managed Cloud Virtual Machine Service

Telekom offers its services in the following bundles: a. Quickstart Telekom offers the customer Quickstart for a period of up to two months to allow them to test their requirements for future live operation. Quickstart includes assistance with implementing a minimal configuration of the Azure Virtual Desktop on the customer’s Microsoft Azure tenant for use in self-service mode. Specifically, Telekom shall provide the following services: • Onboarding workshop Max. one hour, online, cannot be extended. Telekom works with the customer to coordinate the configuration services to be performed. • Network for a network only usable for the Azure Virtual Desktop • Resource groups: Telekom implements 1 resource group • Host pool: Telekom implements 1 host pool with 1 session host based on the Microsoft Standard Image • App group: Telekom implements 1 app group with 1 app • Workspace: Telekom implements 1 workspace that can be reached from the internet Telekom sends an email to the customer to finalize the configuration services. The provision of services by Telekom ends upon the sending of the email. The bundle does not include any operational services. Within two months of completing the configuration services, Telekom will send a feedback form to the email address provided by the customer. After receiving the customer’s feedback, Telekom will host an online workshop to discuss this feedback for up to one hour and explore options for continued use of a Light, Full, or Individual bundle. The Quickstart configuration will be deleted at the end of the trial period unless it is transferred to a Light, Full, or Individual bundle. b. Light and Full The Azure Virtual Desktop as a managed service is configured on the customer’s Microsoft Azure tenant. Telekom provides the following services based on the selected bundle. c. Individual The Azure Virtual Desktop as a managed service is configured on the customer’s Microsoft Azure tenant. The range of services is customized to meet the specific needs of the customer.
