The Diona Placement Finder solution is designed around children in need of a new placement. The social worker can indicate that a child requires a new out-of-home placement, create sibling groups, locate and contact potential placement providers (e.g. foster home), capture provider responses and record the placement of a child, or group of children, with a new provider.
