Mindtree’s Cloud Assessment and Readiness offering is the result of our strong partnership with Microsoft using their wide range of native tools, home grown developed tools and processes. This is a 2 week, free of cost engagement with the below phases and activities:

Week 1 - Data Gathering Phase:

4. Rolling of Cloud adoption readiness benchmarking questionnaire
5. Configure As-is On-premises discovery assessment
6. Application business information gathering through stakeholders

Week 2 - Data Analysis:

1. Sessions with stakeholders/App Owners for validation of Business information (2 sessions of 1 hour each)
2. Service/App and Environment wise inventory groupings
3. Evaluate Application Azure Readiness
4. Analyze, consolidate and derive Cloud Adoption Readiness Benchmarks
5. Analyze and Derive Azure Monthly Cost Estimates
6. Derive Business Services Criticality vs. Complexity Matrix
7. Prepare consolidated Business Services information

As part of this assessment, we will deliver the below reports which will help you to kickstart your Azure Cloud journey:

1. Azure Adoption Readiness report
2. App/Service and Environment wise Inventory grouping report
3. Azure Migration Readiness report
