From its Shared Services Center (SSC), Aumatics continuously monitors the health-state of all systems and services within your Azure Cloud. That’s certainly a pleasant concept. In that way, we prevent malfunctions and ensure that you can continue to work securely. In case of issues or malfunctions, we will take appropriate action. We also promptly take note when trends indicate a foreseeable issue, e.g. the available capacity is no longer sufficient and, in consultation with you, we can change the configuration accordingly.
If, despite that, a problem does arise, or if you have a question, the Shared Service Center staff are ready to assist you. They can also help you when applying for and implementing changes in the service provision. You can also report malfunctions and apply for changes in the service provision online: 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Via this ‘self-service portal’ you always have up-to-date insight into the status of incidents and change requests.
For hybrid solutions Aumatics also provides management and support at the client’s location on request. For some major clients, for example, Aumatics employees manage the systems on site.
