The platform’s “Lite” version, Aspex AI Lite, allows for the creation of several simple AI agents that can answer questions based on general knowledge, customer uploaded information, previously asked questions, and extra knowledge that was added to the agents.

Aspex AI Lite is designed for small- to medium-sized businesses that require a simple AI tool but don’t have the time to invest into developing their own agents or don’t have enough available agents.

Aspex AI offers the ability to set up an agent chain based on three elements:

· Blocker: Agent chain knows whether the query is relevant and can ignore the question, saving resources on users that are just attempting to play with a GPT bot.

· Retriever: Knows the information the client has uploaded and informs the agent.

· Stylizer: Agent will answer in the style the client wants.

Aspex AI Lite allows you to intervene within the AI chat to allow your company employees the opportunity to answer any questions or to work more directly with the client.

The current bot platform works with customer websites and with Telegram. A Microsoft Teams bot is available on request. The current version uses OpenAI as a backend. Microsoft Azure OpenAI is available on request, but features may be limited.
