BioLib is a library of biological data science applications. A BioLib Compute Node is a virtual machine that can receive and run these data science applications from the BioLib library. The applications can be used to analyze data from across the life sciences, such as biological sequences and molecular structures. The Compute Node allows you to run bioinformatics tools in a secure, reproducible, and scalable way. The input data never leaves your infrastructure since the compute node can be hosted on your own Azure account. This means you can apply any application from the library on confidential data with the highest possible degree of data security.
