- Communication to Healthcare Providers: Health facilities/staff receive lists of at-risk patients to contact and vaccinate immediately (to manage their risk of Covid-19 infection)
- Patient Engagement: At risk patients can also be directly reached via channels like SMS with bespoke messaging to encourage them to seek care and to provide ongoing education
- Health System Management: Utilize at risk patient data to help understand and manage patient demand for services
