For the distribution of applications via Intune or MECM, applications need to be converted into a format that allows software installation without user interactions - a process known as "software packaging".

The engineers at Cluebiz have years of experience in software packaging. With the creation of well over 10,000 packages, they have accumulated a vast wealth of experience to remotely prepare even complex software installations for you.

SOLUTION

With our "Package Order Wizard," you can order an application packaging at a fixed price in just a few steps. Thanks to the integrated installation recording feature within the solution, a detailed installation documentation is automatically created. If you already have an installation documentation, you can directly upload it as part of your order process. The Wizard guides you through the entire package ordering process in six clear steps:

1. Specification of manufacturer, product, and version
2. Upload of the installation file or directory
3. Start of the installation recording or uploading of the installation documentation
4. Upload of data
5. Review of the package order (link to the order in our package ordering portal)
6. Verify and confirm the accuracy

The "Package Order Wizard" acts as a central interface for our customers to the cloud-based ordering portal for software packaging. In this portal, customer-specific settings are made, and the packages we create are securely stored. It ensures that our customers are continuously informed about the current status throughout the entire package ordering process and also monitors compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Companies packaging many applications get our "Enterprise Package Order Portal" for free, customizable to their needs. The portal is customizable to your company's needs.

REGISTRATION

If you haven't registered for one of our apps yet, the first step is to register.

For registration in the app, you have two options: You can either sign up directly via your Azure account or by entering an email address and choosing a password for yourself. If you register via email, we will send you a message with a verification code. If you don't find this email in your main inbox, please also check your spam folder. Afterwards, you can successfully complete the registration.

DELIVERY OF CREATED SOFTWARE PACKAGES

Upon completion of the software packaging, you will be notified via email, and the package will be made available to you through our "App Library for Deployment Systems." With this app, you can integrate the package into Intune with just one click, or download it for MECM, including an integration script.

The "App Library for Deployment Systems" serves as the central interface for all packages obtained through our Subscription Service or created with the Package Robot itself.

COSTS

No setup or app usage fees; we charge a fixed price for ordered applications, regardless of complexity.

For each application we package for you:
• 590.00€
• 490.00€ (with booked APP Library Subscription Service)

If you have upcoming projects, please contact us. We will present our project approach to you and provide you with a project proposal.

New customers are required to prepay 120.00€ per order, and processing begins upon payment receipt.

PACKAGE GUIDELINES

If there are no specific guidelines for software packaging within your company, the packages will be created according to our proven "Best Practice" guidelines. However, if company-specific guidelines are available, we ask that you inform us so that we can store them in our system. This ensures that all packages you obtain from Cluebiz in the future are automatically created according to the defined guidelines. It is always possible to adjust these guidelines without the need to recreate the packages.
