We provide IoT devices to remotely monitor coolers for beverage companies.  We monitor temperature on the inside of the cooler and on the condenser, on/off state, door count and location using GSM triangulation.  

We use a Digital Twin Penguin device to monitor the coolers with a Thingstream global sim card.  The Device is easily installed in the cooler both at the OEM and infield (retrofit).  The data is hardware encrypted and transmitted using the Thingstream MQTT broker to IoT Central.  We then decrypt and unpack the data into a SQL database and present the data in both Azure IoT Central and Power BI to the client.
