This app is a modern UWP app that is powered by Microsoft DirectX graphical library and is capable of rendering advanced animated 2D and 3D graphics at 60 FPS even on the smallest SOC devices.
The only application installed on an Android kiosk device is Diagramics Interactive Kiosk Player Android app.
This app is Xamarin app that is powered by Skia Graphics Engine, which is sufficient for simple digital signage scenarios.

Interactive application for Diagramics Interactive Kiosks can only be created in Diagramics Designer IDE - a Windows Store application conceptually similar to PowerPoint or Visio.
The Designer IDE allows any non-admin and non-developer user to compose sophisticated interactive applications with simple drag-n-drop actions and publish them to cloud.
