The Remote Studio Transformation (RST) is for game studios that want to enable effective cloud-based game development, but need expert help on how to architect the migration from local IT infrastructure to a more cloud-based approach on Azure to ensure collaboration across global and remote teams remains effective and iteration fast.

The total engagement is 10 days: The initial 3 days will involve highly experienced LiveOps engineers understanding what you want to achieve and looking deeply into your current infrastructure setup, workflows and systems.

The following 7 Days will be used to consolidate findings and to produce a report, detailing recommended steps forward with Azure, case studies and best practices.

The deliverable will be in .pdf form and define clear next steps. There will also be a follow up review call.

Price is fixed at $30k USD (excluding expenses where applicable).
