The Business Ready Cloud approach is based on Microsoft's best-practices (including the Cloud Adoption Framework and the Cloud Centre of Excellence) combined with InSpark's services. The Business Ready Cloud approach consists of 4 phases. This approach provides a solid foundation for your cloud environment, with the appropriate implementation according to the Microsoft Cloud Center of Excellence philosophy. In this way your organization benefits from a stable and efficient Azure cloud environment, which is continuously updated with the latest innovations.

1. Cloud Strategy
Based on the vision and objectives of your organization, we jointly determine the cloud strategy that meets these requirements. The strategy is based on the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, in which we guide your organization into the possibilities of the Azure cloud in various workshops and assessments. This provides support for the strategic decisions that your organization has to made. The results of these workshops are an extensive transformation plan. This plan serves as a blueprint for the actual implementation of the defined cloud strategy. When determining the cloud strategy, all relevant topics, such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), network design, Cost Management, Governance and Compliance monitoring, are addressed.

2. Cloud Onboarding & Migration
Even before onboarding, InSpark organizes various design sessions with your organization to determine the required design decisions and corresponding technological choices. During the design session, issues such as Subscriptions, Roll Based Access Control (RBAC), Networking, Security Center and Monitoring are discussed.

3. Cloud Operations & Security
Ideally, cloud environments should be secure, compliant and work as intended. However, it is of great importance that you constantly stay up to date with the latest developments in the Azure cloud and maintain an overview of your environment. After the onboarding and migration to the cloud, the InSpark Managed Cloud service comes into play. With the latest best practices, updates, patches and cloud services, we ensure that your cloud infrastructure is and remains state-of-the-art. InSpark provides both the monitoring and management of the cloud environment. The cloud monitoring uses the intelligence of InSpark's Cloud Control Center. With this, we monitor your cloud environment using cloud-native services and follow up on the relevant signals. We also take care of the backup & recovery and updates & patches.

4. Cloud optimization and innovation
