In the solution, you can create rooms and workstations in office rooms and assign them to specific people or define them as shared workspaces. In the room plan, you can then see who is sitting in the respective workspaces, who is working from home (through the bookings in Outlook calendar) and what the respective Microsoft Teams status of the person in the workspace is (such as free, on a call, or don't disturb) . Shared Workspaces show who booked them over Outlook calendar, so you can always see whether a workspace is free or who is working there today.
