This plan provides for helping with the customization of a Remote Patient Monitoring program, training of the clients key personnel and follow on support of the patients (via the clients Tier-1 support personnel) after they have received their equipment at home. The Life365 team will help with distribution, connectivity and equipment issues as well as help in support of any issues related to communicating data into the clients clinical backend.
