LevinAssets Mobile (LAM) supports sophisticated cyclic physical asset tracking and keeping financial and non-financial asset registers reliable and aligned with each other as assets are added, moved or disposed, in compliance with ISO 55010.

LAM comprises 2 modules:

• LAM Manager (LAMM) is a web app that interfaces with financial and non-financial asset registers such as Accounting, Plant Maintenance, IT, Projects, Warehouses and Human Resources.
• LAM Devices (LAMD) is a mobile app running on Android, iOS and Windows devices that capture asset data and interfaces with Manager.
• LAMM license includes one LAMD license. Clients can purchase any number of additional LAMD licenses.

• Designed in compliance with ISO TS 55010 for alignment of physical assets’ financial and non-financial information.
• API links to all major ERP
• LAM addresses an organization’s different departments’ information requirements, such as:
• Accounting: existence and location of individual and group assets, as they appear in the financial asset register.
• Plant Maintenance: existence and location of assets in the maintenance asset register.
• Human Resources: control of individual items such as notebooks, office furniture, printers, scanners, and other equipment.
• Data reconciliation between reality and each asset register in accordance with each departmental requirements.
• Can be deployed directly thanks to its friendly and effective user guide. We at Levin can provide remote and in-person support for initial setup and user training in asset management as needed.

Taking inventory

The LAM method for taking inventory includes making these definitions:

• Standard name for each asset type
• Unlimited specs for each asset type and their units of measurement
• Individual or group ID
• Human readable, barcode, QR or RFID – use different tags as appropriate
• Location tree with unlimited branches
• Any number of attributes (e.g., account no., business unit, cost center, risk zone, etc.)
• Assets relevant for each asset register (e.g., office furniture might be tracked for HR responsible persons but not relevant for Plant Maintenance asset register; instead, pumps will be relevant for Accounting and Plant Maintenance asset registers)
