This Big Data platform is an extremely flexible and versatile data evaluation tool that can be expanded by yourself at any time according to your requirements. These analysis capabilities enable you to increase the Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and process transparency of your industrial plant, which will lead to a reduction of production costs and energy consumption. Additionally, robotron*IPEA monitors your way towards greenhouse gas neutrality and can be used for waste management analysis to help minimizing scrap and maximizing output.

robotron*IPEA consists of two modules: ISO 50001 for Energy Management and Proactive Maintenance. Both can be used individually or in combination.

The module ISO 50001 supports the identification of Significant Energy Uses (SEU), the creation of energy baseline and performance indicators (EnB and EnPIs), and the complete management of measures with Energy Performance Improvement Actions (EPIA) for effective energy management. Convenient interfaces allow individual evaluations and email notifications are sent when a threshold value is exceeded. Production systems and components can be easily compared with each other and to the state of production. Therefore, energy managers are able to obtain or extend their ISO 50001 certification. Our module ISO 50001 is listed as part of the German federal support for ISO 50001. Under this program, companies can receive government funding for software solutions to support an energy or environmental management system with up to €15 million. - One example for the usage of robotron*IPEA is the monitoring of performance indicators at Infineon in Dresden.

The module Proactive Maintenance enables you to link your energy and machine data, shows the current status of your production plant as well as the relationships between individual parameters of your equipment. With the help of this data transparency, you are creating your own Digital Twin. This enables you to create measurable and reliable KPIs, identify problems and compare your equipment in your industrial plant. With the help of easy-to-use mathematical models you are able to detect anomalies in your production before a real problem arises. Therefore, robotron*IPEA assists you in raising your OEE to the desired level by sending you an alarm or regular reports. - One example for the usage of robotron*IPEA is the monitoring of working robots at VW Sachsen in Zwickau.
