This offering configures the requisite resources for Sentinel Technologies' Managed Services team to facilitate the services defined within our customer's Managed Services contracts.
Within the Azure Managed Services Onboarding offering, your Azure tenant will be configured with the appropriate authorization controls for Sentinel Cloud Architects and Engineers to interface with your Azure resources. The offering is focused on being used by administrators of Azure resources who are looking for additional assistance, or improving their coverage to ensure business continuity and operational excellence. The base onboarding offering does not deploy any Azure resources beyond identity integrations for access control. Additional plans are available for more specific use cases and service offerings. These plans do not subscribe you in Sentinel Technologies' Managed Services offerings, but rather are a tool for onboarding once the desired subscription is purchased. The specific services offered are dependent on the specific offerings purchased and can include but are not limited to 24 hour per day and 7 day a week monitoring, alerting, and ticketing, log aggregation and analytics within Sentinel Technologies' Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) platform and logic abstraction layer, or direct support escalation with Sentinel Cloud Network Operations Center and Security Operations Center resources.
