Gogs is a piece of software providing an extensive web interface for working with git repositories. The application is written in the Go programming language, does not require system resources, and therefore is well suited for organizing source code repositories for small development teams.
This project aims to build a simple, stable and extensible self-hosted Git service that can be setup in the most painless way. With Go, this can be done with an independent binary distribution across ALL platforms that Go supports, including Linux, macOS, Windows and ARM.
