Mobile Workforce is a field service class product (FSM). Its main business benefit is centered around managing field employees and contractors. Mobile Workforce adds transparency into field activities by facilitating instant reporting from field via image capture, filled in surveys, task status reports and notes with GPS logs. The solution is highly configurable, both on system and operational level which allows for a high level of customization. Thanks to public API it integrates well into existing ecosystem and interacts efficiently with 3d side systems, - CRMs, ERP and core Task ordering systems to name a few.

By default the solution is deployed as SAAS; other deployment models, such as through dedicated Azure subscription or on premise deployment are available upon demand.
