Contract-to-Cash Workflow Automation v1

The solution automates the entire contract-to-cash workflow by leveraging Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, integrated with Azure services including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Active Directory. This unified approach eliminates inefficiencies from manual processes, excessive human dependency, and fragmented systems in areas like contract uploads, accrual postings, reversals, and invoice generation. Contracts are uploaded through Power Automate and routed for validation, while Azure Functions and bots powered by Azure Automation monitor contracts, extract data, prepare journal entries, and submit them for approval. Once validated, entries are posted directly to ERP systems, with accrual reversals handled automatically at the start of each period. For invoicing, the bot generates draft invoices based on billing needs and integrates with SAP for automated posting after approval. Azure SQL Database ensures accurate and centralized data storage, Power BI delivers real-time visibility into contract and cash cycle metrics, and Azure AD enforces secure access controls.
