Launch Playwright in the Cloud

Playwright is the most promising browser automation framework developed by Microsoft. It focuses on supporting browser engines instead of end-user browsers, thereby enabling the user to test their web app compatibility against Chromium (Chrome), Firefox, and WebKit (Safari). We provide solutions for Linux and Windows. This image comes with detailed documentation, sample code snippets, and email support. Hard Facts for this VM:

• Windows Server 2019
• Preinstalled and preconfigured Playwright NodeJS-Framework
• Automates Chromium, Firefox and WebKit (Safari)

Usage:
Connect to the VM via RDP (port 3389) and open a command prompt window. All packages are located in the C:\Playwright directory. To execute our sample scripts, type 'cd C:\Playwright' into shell, then execute the script by 'node script.js'. Afterward, you can see the script executing. Change to another browser by editing the script.

Own development:
Texteditor Notepad++ for script development is pre-installed. You can open it by right-clicking on script.js, then open with Notepad++.
