How it Works

DataCapsule runs as a background-managed Azure application, paid via Azure Marketplace:

  • Exports your Business Central data to your Azure tenant
  • Archives it into Azure Cold Storage, monitored for reliability
  • Restore to an Azure SQL database for analytics, dashboards, audits, or historical investigations
  • Maintain access to your data, even after you stop using Business Central

Microsoft supports re-importing data from Azure SQL into Business Central.
