Trustmarque’s ‘Azure Eyes Premium’ builds upon our Azure Eyes service through the extension of monitoring to cover all nature azure resources within subscribed subscriptions together with an allowance for undertaking technical support and Business as Usual

Service Description

Azure Eyes Premium is a ready-made managed service that builds upon our base Azure Eyes service. Designed to support customers through provision of expert oversight, insights together with limited support and change for your Azure subscription(s). Helping to improve performance and operations, save money and protect your services and investment, as well as including an allowance of hours for the delivery of technical support and BAU change across monitored resources and workloads. Azure Eyes Premium provides services and tools aligned to six service pillars:

  • Insights – Provides customers with everything in one place through our single sign-on Cloud Management Platform (CMP). Providing access to all our tools and services through one single management plane. Our CMP provides access for customers to raise incidents and requests and review the status of cases logged.
  • Monitor – Provides our standard secure encrypted monitoring and alerting for our standard Azure resources across included subscriptions, providing customers and Trustmarque with notification of ‘events’ prior to them becoming service impacting incidents.
  • Act - Provides reactive and proactive support for a customer’s Azure resources with time consumed through an allowance of support and change hours. Should Trustmarque identify an issue with a monitored resource, a case will be raised automatically with our Service Desk and our service operations team will liaise with the customer’s IT team to investigate and remediate.
  • Protect – Provides out suite of baseline architectural controls. Our Guardrail deny controls and Advisory policies and controls help protect from data theft and exploitation and common misconfigurations.
  • Optimise – Access to our Prism Lite tool provides customers with recommendations and high-level cost oversight and insight for optimising their environments through informed decision making.
  • Support and Business as Usual Change – Azure Eyes Premium provides 20 Support and Change hours allowing Trustmarque to undertake support and business as usual change for existing Azure resources.

Each quarter we provide a Service Report and undertake a service review meeting. The review focuses on potential Cost Savings, Security, Operational Excellence, Performance Efficiency and Reliability recommendations aligned with the Well Architected Framework, as well a review of open and resolved cases.

Access to customers’ environment is provided through Azure Lighthouse.
