Light field 3D remote monitoring (or video conferencing for two way communication) system, consisting of SW and HW, is applicable to use cases where depth perception is critical in such areas as remote monitoring & control, robotic surgery, endoscopy, microscopy, video conferencing system, and all scenarios, where 3D depth is desired, and no need for 3D goggles or an HMD would add value.
