Usage Instructions:

To check the version of Optuna and Matplotlib, run the Windows Command Prompt as administrator and follow the steps below: i) Change the directory to C:\Myenv by running: cd C:\Myenv ii) Activate the virtual environment created by running: my-env\Scripts\activate.bat iii) To check the version of Optuna: pip show optuna (You will see the version as: 3.5.0) iv) To check the version of Optuna dashboard: pip show optuna-dashboard (You will see the version as: 0.14.0). v) To check the version of Matplotlib : pip show matplotlib (You will see the version as: 3.8.3).
