We work closely with customer teams to envisage, build, prepare, introduce, manage and support Business-to-Consumer (B2C) communication solutions that are built on Azure Communication Services and leverage the latest AI and communications technologies from Microsoft such as Microsoft OpenAI. The modular combination of AI and communication tools unlocks new experiences for employees and external end users, with personalized communication channels, intelligent interactions and automation of routine tasks. The ACS-based solutions connect seamlessly with the existing communication and collaboration infrastructure, specifically if it is based on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.

HCLTech Quickstart services to help enterprise customers to effectively implement Microsoft Intelligent B2C solutions based on Microsoft Azure Communication Services, including

  • Discovery Workshops (4 hours) that help customers to understand the new capabilities that Intelligent B2C Solutions, based on Microsoft Azure Communication Services, brings to their employees and external consumers. I also addresses prerequisites and common challenges of rolling out such solutions in an enterprise environment including questions around licensing, infrastructure readiness, security and adoption. At the end of the workshop, customers should understand the different options that are available to move forward which may include a POC/pilot project or in depth readiness assessment.
  • Readiness Assessments (4 weeks) that help customers to prepare for the roll-out of an intelligent B2C Solution / Contact Center Modernization in their production environment. It provides a structured approach to assess the customer readiness both on technical and organizational level and provides a detailed list of steps that will be required for a successful implementation, covering aspects such as personas & use cases, licensing, infrastructure, data migration, security and adoption services. It is realized as a series of workshop on different topics with the relevant stakeholders, incl. IT, security, functional leaders.
  • A POC / Pilot Service (3 months) gives customers the opportunity to validate Intelligent B2C Solutions, based on Microsoft Azure Communication Services, in their own environment with a limited group of users and for a limited duration (typically 3 months). It includes a workshop to review the technical readiness for the pilot, the roll-out of the solution to the target user group, end user enablement and support via community calls, adoption reporting using Microsoft reports and Operation incl. guidance to customer IT teams.
