IT strategy workshop: 3 days

The purpose of the IT strategy workshop is to describe and communicate the unified direction and strategy within your company. It should also identify the high-level adoption approaches and the methodologies that are agreed by all involved stakeholders.

Cegeka will review the current Azure public Cloud strategy and check if that matches with the IT vision of the company. The agreed design principles will be used as a guideline to review the as-is situation.

Based on this GAP analysis we’ll formulate some first recommendations.

We’ll draw the desired to-be situation, using the gained knowledge about the current state and will provide answers on following questions:

• How do we get there?
• How do we track the progress?

APPROACH

We use workshops and interview to collect the required data. During the workshops, the following information is gathered:

• Align on Azure public Cloud mission and vision
• Definition of design principles
• Identify the As-is IT situation
• Current operational model
