Installation Instructions for Ubuntu

1.Application URL: Access the application via a browser at "http://PublicDNS/mantis"

Username : azureuser || Password Details : /n [ Password has been provided in a ReadMe File on the Windows Desktop or is available after Successful SSH login in Linux on the console itself(Just after the logo all credentials shall be visible on your putty or SSH client) . If you still face issue, please look at the help link at the bottom of this page or reach out to support link on left side. ].

2.Default installation path: will be on your web root folder “/var/www/html/mantis”
3.Default ports:

Linux Machines: SSH Port – 22 or 2222

Http: 80 or 8080

Https: 443

Sql or Mysql ports: By default these are not open on Public Endpoints. Internally Sql server: 1433. Mysql :3306

4.Database Login Details : MYSQL Login Details: Kindly run following command on bash shell to create your own Mysql root user credentials which shall enable you to add new databases and/or reset DB login of any CMS stack installed.
sudo mysql_secure_installation
