The Ctelo Autodial Bot is a solution that makes meetings more effective when dealing with front-end workers in the field. By inviting the Autodial Bot to the meeting created in Outlook or Microsoft Teams, it will automatically dial up meeting participants on Teams first, and if they do not answer, call them on their registered phone number.

All you need to get started is a company subscription for the Autodial Bot and a Ctelo Business Phone or Microsoft Audioconferencing licence per user for the calling minutes. When this is in place, all users with adequate licensing can invite the Autodial Bot to meetings for Automatic dialup of participants. To be called, the Callee must be registered in the company AD with Teams email and/or a phone number.

The setup cost for the solution is USD 395,- and will be invoiced separately.
