With myMagicShare you get back control about the data, your end users temporarily share internally or with external users. It provides a SharePoint Online-only based platform, on which users can request a temporary share. Instead of having multiple externally shared SharePoint sites with uncontrolled sharing and data loss, there will remain only 1 SharePoint site with active sharing capabilities. Each share follows a strict lifecycle, that can be controlled by the administration. The shares are created and deleted automatically according the lifecycle metadata, this prevents exhaustive SharePoint storage usage.
